1. Object of Purchase

The buyer acquires an original artwork, unique and one of a kind.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to individual display settings.

2. Payment

Payment is made through the available methods on the website (PayPal / Stripe / credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

An artwork is considered sold only after the payment has been confirmed.

3. Finality of Purchase

Purchases of original artworks are final.

No returns or exchanges are possible, in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

Additional photos or videos of the artwork can be provided upon request before purchase.

4. Reservation

The artist reserves the right to decline a reservation or sale if the artwork has already been sold or is currently exhibited.

5. Copyright

The buyer acquires the physical artwork only.

Copyright, reproduction rights and all commercial usage rights remain with the artist.

6. Transport Damage

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, the buyer must report it within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage and packaging.

Insurance claims will then be processed with the shipping provider.
